Request summaries

The request builder uses information entered in your browser to create a text file on your device. The site does not submit that information to customer care, a payment processor or a service booking system. You decide whether to share the downloaded summary.

Website resources

The site is delivered through its hosting provider and uses Google Fonts for typography. These services may receive normal connection information such as an IP address when resources load. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Account information

Use the customer-care contact information on your agreement for account-specific privacy questions. Do not enter payment card details, bank account information or sensitive identity documents in the request builder.
