REQUEST BUILDER

Be ready for
the conversation.

Prepare a summary to share with customer care using the contact information on your agreement.

You control your information.

This tool creates a downloadable summary on your device. It does not submit a service request, book a visit or activate coverage.

Do not include payment details or sensitive identity information.

Questions,
answered clearly.

Start here, then check your agreement for details specific to your home.

What equipment can I discuss for protection?

Our focus is furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, plumbing systems and fixtures, and water filtration or treatment equipment. Eligibility and benefits depend on the agreement.

Does this cover every repair or replacement?

No. Your agreement sets out covered services, fees, limits and exclusions. Do not assume that all repairs, consumables or replacement costs are included.

Are windows, doors and roofing currently covered?

These are planned expansion categories and are not offered as current coverage on this site.

How do I prepare a service request?

Have your agreement or account reference, service address and equipment details ready. Describe the issue and when it began. The request builder below helps you organize that information.

Why might Home Warranty Canada appear in account communications?

Home Warranty Canada may administer or service your home protection agreement. Ask customer care to confirm the relationship to your specific contract and explain any billing descriptor.

Will a transferred agreement change my price or coverage?

Check your original agreement and any notices you received. Customer care should confirm the administrator, applicable terms, price and coverage for your particular account.

What should I do in an emergency?

For a suspected gas leak, fire or immediate danger, leave the area and contact emergency services or your utility provider. Do not wait for a warranty service request.
